The Kryolan Dayglow Circle is a combination of different fat-based colors. Glows with UV irradiation by daylight(and sun), and by UV lamps.
Kryolan Dayglow has been successfully tested for safety in a university clinic, but does not comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation. Clinically it has been tested for skin compatibility and is dermatologically safe.
