Eye Shadow is a dry-applied pressed powder. The powder enables particularly gentle application and leaves the skin feeling soft. The micronized color pigments enable the eye shadow to be applied transparently, but also with strong color emphasis. The excellent durability on the eyelid predestines the eye shadow for professional use. For more intense colors and longer durability, we recommend a primer. ECARF certified
